In the former mill of the Capuchin brothers, against the city wall, the building was rebuilt in 1838 and was completely renovated in 2016. The 3 millstones mentioned in 1775 by B. De Neuflieu are no longer present but their locations can still be guessed on the old part of the south wall located along the Lauter.

The "Gib Gas" cottage is a studio furnished with modern amenities and comfort.

"Gib gas" means accelerate in Alsatian, a little nod to the atmosphere in the studio. You are here at the home of a motorsport enthusiast, everything seems to immerse you in the world of a great circuit, you are in the pits and the discovery circuit of our beautiful city of Wissembourg is offered to you!

The 30m² ground floor is complemented by a 14m² mezzanine, all under a 4-meter ceiling height. This open-plan loft-style space can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a living area and a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals.

Under the natural pine mezzanine, the living area transforms in the blink of an eye and without any effort into a sleeping area with its double bed.

On the mezzanine level, there are 2 standard single beds measuring 90x200.

Finally, the bathroom, a closed and separate room, is notably equipped with a walk-in shower.

Kitchen: Oven, hob, fridge freezer combination, Nespresso type coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all necessary crockery and kitchen utensils.

Living room: Sofa, armchairs, coffee table, wifi, smart TV, Netflix, and more than 400 channels with the OQEE by Free app, library and board games.

Sleeping area: 1 double bed of 140x190.

Mezzanine: 2 single beds (90x200cm), Video game area with PlayStation 3.

Equipment provided: 2 bath towels per person, soap, shower gel, shampoo, dish towels, sponge and dishwashing liquid, various household accessories.

Equipment available on request subject to availability (shared with our other accommodations): baby cot, high chair and toys, crepe maker, raclette grill, toasted sandwich maker, waffle maker, fondue set, electric barbecue, air fryer, wok, blender, vacuum cleaner.

Outdoor relaxation area: We offer a shared terrace with dining area, barbecue and jacuzzi (access to the jacuzzi is on request 48 hours before your stay)

Motorcycle and bicycle parking: We offer a shared, weatherproof parking area. The area is secured by a video surveillance system. Only tenants of the "Les Gîtes de Wissembourg" group have access to the location.

Car park: Place du tribunal, Public zone regulated by blue disc from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and on Saturday from 9am to 12pm. Outside these times, parking is free.
